Relax. Restructure. Release. Heal.

Meet Dominique Tardif  – CranioSacral Therapist

I am an Upledger Techniques Certified CranioSacral Therapist and recently celebrated my ten year anniversary of practicing CranioSacral Therapy.

I am awed, inspired and humbled on a daily basis by the body’s innate ability to heal and self-correct with just a little encouragement and input. I strive not to “fix” someone but to support them and their body in whatever needs to release and heal. Every session is an improvisation and synthesis of every technique I have learned, melded with the information that I am receiving from the body in that moment.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that works with the whole body, including the tissue that surrounds the spinal cord and the brain, to release restrictions and reduce pain.

Our highly trained practitioners work with all of the bones in your body, including your head, spine and sacrum to restore them to their natural position to reduce stress and anxiety, relieve chronic migraines, neck pain, and more.

Our practitioners use light pressure equivalent to the weight of a nickel wherever a restriction presents and allows the body an opportunity to release whatever it wishes to release in that session.

CranioSacral Therapy’s focus on releasing restrictions in the soft tissues and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord helps reduce the symptoms of post-concussion syndrome.

With a gentle touch our practitioners are able to feel the pulse of the cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord, and will then use light pressure to release restrictions in the surrounding tissue.

CranioSacral Therapy enhances the body’s ability to self-correct, which makes for longer lasting and more effective healing.

From chronic pain associated with injuries and concussions, to headaches, or just general stress and anxiety, CranioSacral Therapy can help you find the relief you need.
